Aspen Food & Wine Festival
The Aspen Food & Wine Classic returns June 19–21, bringing together top chefs, tastemakers, and industry insiders for three days of tastings, panels, and unforgettable experiences set against the backdrop of Aspen. This year, our Founder, Simon Kim, will take the stage as a panelist, representing both COTE Korean Steakhouse and Coqodaq. On both Saturday, June 20th and Sunday, June 21st, Coqodaq will host a special pop-up experience, Bubble & Crunch: A Champagne & Fried Chicken Marriage Made in Heaven—an indulgent celebration featuring signature bites like the 24K Caviar Nugget, flowing champagne towers, and more. Coqodaq To-Go
Coqodaq is now available to-go for both lunch and dinner. From Bucket List favorites to new chicken bowls, fresh salads, and signature sides, including mac + cheese and spicy tteokbokki, everything is ready to enjoy wherever you are. Lunch is available Monday through Friday from 11:30AM - 3PM. Dinner is available Monday through Friday from 5:30PM - 10PM. Pickup or delivery exclusively via @ubereats & @doordash.
