The Aspen Food & Wine Classic returns June 19–21, bringing together top chefs, tastemakers, and industry insiders for three days of tastings, panels, and unforgettable experiences set against the backdrop of Aspen. This year, our Founder, Simon Kim, will take the stage as a panelist, representing both COTE Korean Steakhouse and Coqodaq. On both Saturday, June 20th and Sunday, June 21st, Coqodaq will host a special pop-up experience, Bubble & Crunch: A Champagne & Fried Chicken Marriage Made in Heaven—an indulgent celebration featuring signature bites like the 24K Caviar Nugget, flowing champagne towers, and more. COTE Miami: Formula 1

For F1 weekend, we’re flying out our very own Executive Chef SK of Coqodaq for a limited time pop-up at COTE Miami. He’ll be frying Coqodaq’s signature golden nuggets fresh at our home base in the Design District, including 24 karat and black gold editions, finished with caviar or shaved truffles all race weekend. And for those who like to take things a step further, guests can elevate the experience with a glass of Cristal. On May 10, celebrate mom with our brunch Brucket List spread, thoughtfully designed for sharing and complemented by a curated selection of COQO d’oeuvres. Dinner will also be available, offering a special experience with a few extra touches to make the evening feel memorable. Both brunch and dinner will end with Chef SK’s signature Mochi Madeleines: the mochi moment we’ve all been waiting for (and trust us, it will not disappoint). Coqodaq is now available to-go for both lunch and dinner. From Bucket List favorites to new chicken bowls, fresh salads, and signature sides, including mac + cheese and spicy tteokbokki, everything is ready to enjoy wherever you are. Lunch is available Monday through Friday from 11:30AM - 3PM. Dinner is available Monday through Friday from 5:30PM - 10PM. Pickup or delivery exclusively via @ubereats & @doordash.
